Shipping, Delivery, and Receiving Policy – Fadiyaat Almarwa

At Fadiyaat Almarwa, we are committed to providing a reliable and flexible shipping experience with full transparency to ensure the rights of all parties.


Shipping Options

Orders are shipped via SMSA Express with the following options:

  • Pickup from nearest branch:
  • Shipping fee: 16.25
  • Home delivery:
  • Shipping fee: 29.50

Shipping fees may vary depending on the city or SMSA updates.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days after handing the order over to the shipping company.

Delivery time may be affected by operational conditions, shipping volume, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipment Tracking and Delivery Responsibility

  • A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped via email or mobile number.
  • The customer is responsible for tracking the shipment and coordinating with the shipping company if needed.
  • Once the order is handed over to SMSA Express, full responsibility for delivery is transferred to the shipping company, and Fadiyaat Almarwa’s role is limited to support and follow-up only.


Customer Responsibilities

  • Enter correct and accurate information (name, phone number, address).
  • Respond to shipping company calls during the delivery period.


If Delivery Fails

If delivery fails due to:

  • No response to the shipping company
  • Incorrect information provided
  • Delay in receiving the order from the branch

Then:

  • The shipping company has the right to return or dispose of the shipment according to its policy.
  • The customer bears full reshipping costs if re-delivery is requested.
  • If a refund is requested, all shipping costs and related expenses will be deducted from the order value.


Liability

  • Fadiyaat Almarwa is not responsible for any delay or damage caused by the shipping company after handover.
  • Shipping delays are not a valid reason for order cancellation or compensation beyond shipping fees.


General Terms

  • Fadiyaat Almarwa reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time in accordance with shipping company policies.
  • Completing a purchase constitutes full acceptance of this Shipping Policy.
