Return and Exchange Policy

We thank you for choosing Fadiyaat Almarwa for your shopping. In our commitment to customer satisfaction, we provide a clear and flexible return and exchange policy. Please read the following terms carefully:

1. In case of a manufacturing defect or product damage:

Customers of Fadiyaat Almarwa have the right to exchange or return any product with a manufacturing defect or damage without shipping fees, provided that the item is in its original packaging and condition, within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

After receiving the item and verifying its condition, the customer may choose one of the following options:

1- Replace the damaged product with a new item of the same value.

2- Refund the product value via bank transfer within 7 to 14 business days.

2. In case of return or exchange without a defect:

The customer has the right to request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the product, provided that the item is in its original packaging and condition.

An invoice is not required to complete the return or exchange process.

The customer bears the shipping, delivery, and return costs.

3. Special product conditions:

Products (rings) that have been modified or repaired cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Free shipping:

If the order includes free shipping and the customer requests a full or partial return, the customer will bear the original shipping cost in addition to the return fees.

5. Return shipping label:

Once a return label is issued, the shipment must be handed over to the shipping company within a maximum of 7 days. Otherwise, the return label will be cancelled.
